Ahmad Fauzi

Ahmad Fauzi currently holds the position of Head of Training and Development at Toffin Indonesia since January 2023 and has been serving as the Head Bar Corporate at Albagroup since November 2022, overseeing bartender and beverage development. Previous experience includes roles such as Head Bar at Casa Alba Ristorante and Kilo Kitchen Jakarta, as well as founding the UMKM movement at Jagarasa Group. Additional experience encompasses positions as Mixologist at Tempesta Coffee and Spirit, Head Bar at Mare Nostrum Jakarta, Bar Supervisor at Mr. Bitsy, Captain Bartender at The Pallas Jakarta, and Bartender at Fable Jakarta. Ahmad Fauzi graduated from Fajar Economic School.
