Raphaela Luiza Machado has extensive experience in the field of food safety and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior FSQR Analyst at Cargill since November 2018, Raphaela focuses on food safety, onboarding new employees, managing pest control, hygiene inspections, and nonconformity management, in addition to overseeing internal audits and certifications. Prior to this role, Raphaela held positions at Louis Dreyfus Company as a Quality Control Analyst, where responsibilities included conducting laboratory tests throughout the industrial process and authorizing shipments of various products. Raphaela's career began at bp as a laboratory analyst responsible for laboratory testing and raw material analysis. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Quality Engineering and Process Improvement from Universidade de Uberaba, an MBA in Production and Service Engineering from ULBRA, and a degree in Chemistry from Instituto Luterano de Ensino Superior de Itumbiara GO.
