Rosario Alotto

Rosario Alotto is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process design and project management within the chemical and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Supervisor at Cargill since October 2016, Rosario leads large-scale projects in the EMEA Capital Capability Center, supervising a multidisciplinary team of engineers. Previous roles include Process & Engineering Lead and Senior Process Engineer at Cargill, as well as Process/Start-up Engineer at Desmet Ballestra and Process Engineer at Technip, where contributions spanned from conceptual design to equipment sizing for complex projects. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and multiple certifications in project management and leadership.
