Thalita Bernardes is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Cargill since May 2016, Thalita has progressed through various roles including Junior Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed managing candidate pools, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing employee support across multiple communication channels. Prior to Cargill, Thalita worked as a Quality Monitor at Algar Tech, ensuring customer satisfaction through performance monitoring. Thalita holds a Pós Graduação degree in Psicanálise from Faculdade Pitagoras and completed a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution.
