Lola Fawole

Lola Fawole is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in global human resources strategy, operations, technology, and organizational effectiveness at McCormick & Company since March 2016. As Vice President, Lola has provided HR leadership to the Americas Supply Chain business unit and has led a multi-national HR Business Partner team across 17 manufacturing and distribution facilities. Previous roles include HR Director for Flavor Solutions Supply Chain, where Lola drove the strategic People agenda for the Americas, and various senior HR business partner positions across several companies, including Moen Incorporated, Johnson Controls, and Energizer Holdings. Lola Fawole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University.
