Irene Trezzi

Irene Trezzi is an experienced Talent Partner and HR Specialist at Carglass® Italia since September 2016, with a strong focus on employee satisfaction, talent acquisition, and training development. Responsibilities include managing engagement surveys, driving international HR projects, overseeing the talent acquisition process alongside managers, developing recruiting KPIs, and designing onboarding programs. Prior to this role, Irene worked as an HR Specialist at Carglass® Italia, handling training needs analysis and performance management, and as an HR Generalist at Pirelli, where engagement and internal communication were key focuses. Irene holds a Diploma in Creative Coaching and a Master's Degree in Applied Foreign Languages, alongside a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
