Daniel Pereira has extensive experience in customer service and sales, beginning with roles at McDonald's and Ibersol, and progressing to various positions at Armatis, including call center supervisor and complaints manager. Since June 2017, Daniel has been employed at Carglass® Portugal, contributing as an Inside Sales professional, Pós-Venda Technician, and Customer Experience specialist.
