Constance MacRez

Constance Macrez is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on organizational leadership and employee engagement. Currently serving as Chargée Ressources Humaines at Carglass® France since September 2019, Constance is responsible for supporting the implementation of HR policies as a Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as a Juriste Droit Social at KPMG, where responsibilities encompassed labor law consulting, managing litigation risk, and conducting social audits. Additional roles include Chargée de Mission Handicap et Sociale at NORAUTO, where Constance worked on disability initiatives and legal correspondence, and a stint in human resources at Randstad Inhouse Services, focusing on recruitment and interim staff management. Constance holds a Master II in Droit de la Santé en milieu du Travail and a Master I in Droit Social, complemented by a Licence de droit.
