Ilya Dmitriev

Ilya Dmitriev has a diverse work experience spanning various finance and accounting roles. Ilya started their career as an Accountant at McCay Duff LLP in 2008 and then worked as an Assistant Controller at Cascades Tissue Group. In 2011, they joined ArcelorMittal Dofasco as a Cost Accountant/Analyst. Ilya then moved to ArcelorMittal - Group Accounting and Performance Management, where they worked as a Financial Controller. In 2015, Ilya joined Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law as a Finance Coordinator/Controller. Ilya later became a Senior Financial Analyst at SES Satellites in 2017. Currently, Ilya is working at Cargolux Airlines, where they have held several positions including Financial Analyst, Manager Finance Back Office, and is currently serving as Director Financial Operations.

Ilya Dmitriev obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Carleton University from 2005 to 2010. In addition, they received certifications as a CPA from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario in 2014 and as a CMA from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario in 2012.
