Maximilian Schaefer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in E-Commerce and logistics management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director of InstaFreight GmbH since August 2017, Maximilian has a strong background in the industry, previously holding the position of Director of Lamoda Express at Lamoda Group from October 2013 to September 2015. During this tenure, Maximilian developed innovative delivery solutions for the largest online fashion E-Commerce company in the CIS. Earlier roles include an entrepreneurial position at Rocket Internet GmbH and General Manager of Business Processes & Development at TNT, where comprehensive oversight of various departments was maintained. Maximilian's educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, complemented by language studies in Chinese.
