Vano Chaladze has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Their first job was with Teliani Valley as a Summer Analyst in the Accounting and Finance Division in 2011. In 2012, they joined UBS as part of the UBS Extra Program in the Investment Banking Division. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Analyst in the Audit Department of PwC. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at the National Bank of Georgia as a Summer Analyst in the Financial Market Department. Since 2020, they have been the Co-Founder & CEO of CARGON.
Vano Chaladze attended Taunton School from 2009 to 2010, where they earned an IGCSE. Vano then attended Hurtwood House from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an A-Level. Finally, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management.
