Mikko Pelkonen

Mikko Pelkonen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Cargotec since August 2013, Mikko Pelkonen has also held board positions at Yliopiston Apteekki and Handelsbanken Finland. Prior to these roles, Mikko accumulated significant experience at Nokia over 17 years, where responsibilities included Vice President of Human Resources across multiple divisions and regions. Mikko Pelkonen holds a degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussel obtained between 1991 and 1996.
