Kaitlyn Martins

Kaitlyn Martins is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at EngageSmart since April 2023. Previously, Kaitlyn held the role of Senior Employment Brand Manager at Drift from October 2019 to February 2023, leading all employer brand and internal communication initiatives. As the first Employment Brand hire at Drift, Kaitlyn focused on highlighting the organization as an exceptional workplace. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment and Development Specialist and a Public Relations & Brand Projects Coordinator at EF Education First, where Kaitlyn developed employment branding strategies and handled media relations. Kaitlyn began their career at Regan Communications as an Account Executive and Account Coordinator, working with various lifestyle and consumer clients, including New Balance Inc. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College and has also studied at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg.
