Bonnie Boman

Bonnie Boman, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Payroll Manager at Carhartt since May 2019. Prior to this role, Bonnie held various management positions at DENSO International America, Inc. from March 2005 to May 2019, overseeing HR systems, compensation, benefits, payroll, and expatriate support for over 2,000 associates at the North American headquarters. Notably, Bonnie successfully implemented Ceridian Dayforce payroll and time management systems. Earlier experience includes roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology Leadership from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
