Joe Long

Joe Long has extensive work experience in the clothing industry. Joe started their career in 1987 at American Cotton Growers, where they served as a Quality Control Manager until 1992. Joe then joined Levi Strauss & Co., initially as a Fabric Manager from 2005 to 2010, and later as a Director - Technical Services Americas Sourcing from 2010 to 2015. Most recently, Joe has been working at Carhartt since 2019 as the VP of Global Quality.

Joe Long obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Technology and Management from Texas Tech University in the years 1981 to 1985. Joe furthered their education by earning a Master of Science degree in Textile Technology and Management from the Institute of Textile Technology, from 1985 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Joe has obtained several certifications, including "Coaching and Developing Employees," "Leading Inclusive Teams," "Confronting Racism, with Robin DiAngelo," "Microsoft Teams Essential Training," "Transitioning from Manager to Leader," and "Building Trust," from various institutions such as LinkedIn.
