Jana Madler-Kron

Jana Madler-Kron is a Senior Process Quality Management Expert at CARIAD since January 2022, with previous roles at Continental where responsibilities included project quality management and coordination for hardware and software-related projects. At Continental, Jana tracked global Wheel Speed Sensor project statuses, developed corrective actions, and initiated quality tracking concepts, among other tasks. Earlier positions included Quality Manager for various projects, where duties encompassed quality target assessments, customer complaint management, and quality planning for new product launches. Jana began a consulting role with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, focusing on feasibility studies and mine planning. Education includes an Engineer's degree from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, specializing in Economics and Control Systems.
