Raymond Buckley

Raymond Buckley is an experienced business leader currently serving as Supervisory Director at Maduro & Curiel's Bank since July 2022. In addition, Raymond holds multiple supervisory roles, including Member of the Supervisory Board at ARUGAS Holding and Caribbean Mercantile Bank N.V., and Vice Chair of Oil Trading Bonaire N.V. Raymond has a diverse background in management and business development, operating as a Senior Consultant since September 2018. Previous significant positions include Interim VP and GM at CITGO Aruba Refining and Managing Director (Interim) at ASTEC. As a founding board member of the Aruba Way Foundation and with a long history in the energy sector at Valero Energy Corporation, Raymond has demonstrated leadership across various industries. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and various governance and leadership training programs, including a recent Certificate of Completion in ESG for Directors from The Corporate Governance Institute.
