Robert Gassaway

Robert Gassaway has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Robert has most recently worked as a Process Lead - Portfolio and Capacity Management at Carilion Clinic since November 2019. Prior to that, they were an Application Portfolio Management Lead at Raymond James from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they served as the Global Enterprise Supply Chain - Sr. Implementation Manager at Citi from 2017 to 2018.

From 2010 to 2017, Robert worked at Ciber Global as a Senior Director, where they were responsible for driving global solutions and service delivery for the company.

Robert was also the Managing Director at Global Group Solutions from 2002 to 2010, where they formed and managed a business incubation and management consulting organization.

Additionally, Robert served as an Area Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 1999 to 2002, leading technology solution sales, marketing, and service delivery for the Southeastern Region.

Finally, from 1989 to 1999, they worked as a Program Manager / System Engineer at Electronic Data Systems, managing daily operations and leading teams for various projects.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated a wide range of expertise and skills in areas such as project management, sales, consulting, and service delivery.

Robert Gassaway holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. Robert also has additional certifications, including ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in 2020), SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. (obtained in 2015), Critical Path Strategy Sales from Critical Path Strategies (obtained in 1995), and Systems Engineer from Electronic Data Systems (obtained in 1991).
