Dana Apruzzese

As Director of Customer Success, Dana leads the Customer Success team to work with Employers to better support their employees through their Caregiving challenges. The team creatively supports busy HR leaders to improve employee utilization and their employees’ overall caregiving experiences.

Dana comes to Cariloop with more than 10 years of experience in leadership, sales management, and account management. After she graduated with her undergraduate degree in sociology and psychology, Dana worked in a niche industry where she supported people who were Deaf and hard of hearing. She worked with industry leaders, educators, and healthcare professionals, in both sales and account management roles and, managed large customer-facing teams.
