Marvin Pratt has been the Executive Officer (or President) of Caring Places Management since 1990. In this function, Marvin has arranged state and private financing, developed the operational guidelines, managed construction, secured licensing, and designed and implemented information systems (FileMaker Pro Software) for a variety of assisted living facilities. He currently serves on the Public Policy Committee for Oregon Health Care Association and the Government Relations Committee for NOR-ALFA in Washington.
Marvin was instrumental in the founding of McGee FinancialGroup, Inc., one of the premier financial planning firms in theUnited States. In this capacity, Marvin was directly responsible for managing over $110,000,000 in investment portfolios and developed integrated computer models for analyzing the effects of financial decisions as related to cash flow, investments, and income taxation.
Marvin is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
