Susanne Bauer-Roser

Susanne Bauer-Roser is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in personnel administration, recruitment, and organizational development. Currently serving as an HR Assistant at Caritas Schweiz since August 2021, Susanne has previously held roles as a Personnel Specialist at Fastenopfer and Roche Diagnostics International, demonstrating expertise in managing time tracking systems, creating employment documentation, and supporting HR initiatives. With a strong foundation in personnel management gained through various positions at Siemens Schweiz AG and RIMED AG, Susanne has also acquired formal education in HR, including a federal diploma as an HR specialist and certification as a personnel assistant from GET Marketing-Kaderschule.
