Chris Parisi

Chris Parisi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at Carl Marks Advisors since January 2020, Chris leads a team of ten M&A specialists focused on middle-market companies, primarily on the sell-side. Prior to this role, Chris founded and held the position of Managing Partner at FPG Advisory from April 2009 to January 2020, overseeing all aspects of deal sourcing and execution. Chris's career in investment banking includes significant roles at Jefferies & Company and KeyBanc Capital Markets, contributing to the growth of notable teams and focusing on consumer sectors. Early career experience includes work in real estate private equity at The Blackstone Group and as an auditor/consultant at Ernst & Young. Chris holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
