Katarzyna Dąbek

Katarzyna Dembska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, academia, and nutrition. Currently serving as a Judge for MassChallenge Switzerland since April 2024, Katarzyna previously held the role of Catalyst Program Director at the Global Entrepreneurship Centre, advancing international startups through training and mentorship. With a background in project management and research at the Barilla Foundation and the European Commission, Katarzyna has developed impactful initiatives focused on food sustainability and healthy eating. Additionally, Katarzyna has been an External Lecturer at various institutions and has a strong academic foundation, holding an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and degrees in Food Science and Dietetics from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
