Regional Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Development & HRIS Lead at Zeiss

Luke Montana has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2011 as a Marketing Communications Executive at the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. Luke then transitioned to become a Human Resources Executive within the same organization, where they supported various HR functions. In 2014, Luke joined APL Logistics as a Global HR Business Analyst. Following that, they moved to Easmed, a medical device distributor, where they held roles as Senior Regional HR and Regional HR, overseeing HR operations and providing leadership to employees in South-East Asia. From 2019 to 2022, Luke worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BD, a global medical technology company, supporting over 300 employees across two divisions. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Development & HRIS Lead at ZEISS Group, where they contribute to talent development and manages HRIS.

Luke Montana obtained a Master's degree in Human Capital Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) in 2020. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology with Business at SUSS from 2010 to 2013. Luke also holds a Specialist Diploma in Human Resources Management from Nanyang Polytechnic (2015-2016) and a Diploma in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic (2004-2007). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an HR Analytics Certificate from Singapore Management University in 2021, an ISO 13485:2016 Medical Devices - Quality Management Systems Clause by Clause Exam from BSI in 2021, an Employer Branding to Attract Talent certificate from LinkedIn in 2019, and a Human Resource Fundamentals (HRCI/PHR -2007) certification in 2007.
