Jingqi Hou

Jingqi Hou has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are the Head of digital portfolio Medtech China at ZEISS Medical Technology. Prior to this, they worked at Philips as a Senior Global Product Manager, Portfolio Leader, where they developed market-driven strategies for IT-related service portfolios. Jingqi also worked as a Sr. Manager and Business Process Expert, driving continuous improvements in business capabilities. At HoiTalent, they worked as a Coach, providing career coaching services to international talents. Jingqi Hou also had experience as an Advisor to the founder at Shenzhen Guohua Optoelectronics Tech. Co. Ltd, and as a Researcher at Philips Research. Jingqi also had internships at Neusoft, where they worked as a Technical Project Manager developing medical image processing systems. Additionally, they worked at Liaoning Province Medical Device Test Institute and CDIO in various roles.

Jingqi Hou has a diverse education history. From 2007 to 2011, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in biomedical and information engineering from Northeastern University (CN). Continuing their education, they pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology from 2011 to 2013.

In 2016, Jingqi Hou completed several certifications including Lean Foundation from Philips and Dale Carnegie Training from Dale Carnegie Training of the Netherlands. The following year, they obtained the SAFe 4.0 Product Manager/Product Owner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.

In 2017, Jingqi Hou expanded their knowledge by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, in 2018, they attended the Ivey Business School at Western University and earned a specialized MBA in FinTech.

Lastly, Jingqi Hou obtained the SAFe Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2016 and the Project Management Foundation certification from Philips in 2015.
