Frida Amnå has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Carla, a company dedicated to bringing electric cars and driving sustainability in Europe's transformative automotive sector. In this role, Frida leads the talented People team to drive growth and create an exceptional work environment.
Before Carla, Frida held various positions at H&M Group. As the Head of HR for Business Ventures, they contributed to the development of new ventures and revenue streams in alignment with the organization's growth objectives. Frida also served as the Head of HR for Treadler, a global B2B start-up focused on future-proofing the fashion industry by providing sustainable supply chain solutions and services.
Additionally, Frida gained experience as the Global HR Manager at ARKET, a global fashion business with a widespread presence. During their time there, they managed approximately 700 employees across eight countries and worked closely with local HR business partners to ensure effective people strategies.
Earlier in their career, Frida was an HR Manager at H&M, where they played a key role in setting and implementing people strategies and driving results at the Swedish production office. Frida also worked as an HR Responsible, guiding leaders on integrating HR into the business and developing and implementing people processes.
Frida's expertise in HR began at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd., where they served as an HR Generalist focused on employer branding, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, and benefits. Frida collaborated closely with partners and the Finnish HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.
Prior to that, Frida worked as a Consultant Manager at Academic Work, a recruitment company specializing in graduates and students' placements. Frida was responsible for hiring and managing consultants, as well as conducting internal onboarding and coaching.
Frida's early experience includes a role as a Recruitment and Training Specialist at Gröna Lunds Tivoli AB, where they recruited seasonal staff and conducted service management training.
Throughout their career, Frida Amnå has demonstrated their passion for HR, driving growth, and creating impactful strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Frida Amnå completed their Master's degree in Social Science at Linköping University from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Spanish at Universitat d'Alacant from 2000 to 2001.
