Alyssa Deem

Alyssa Deem has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Carle Health since March 2018 after progressing through various roles including Talent Acquisition Supervisor, Lead, Partner, and Associate. Prior to Carle Health, Alyssa worked at UHS as an Activity Coordinator from August 2014 to March 2018 and held the position of Visual Merchandising Manager at Gap Inc. from August 2009 to August 2014. Alyssa holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 2010 and 2014.
