Tim Ellis

Tim Ellis is a seasoned professional in the glass manufacturing industry with extensive experience spanning several roles and companies. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Carlex Glass America, LLC since November 2012, Tim has also held positions as Operations Manager and Process Engineering Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Tim co-owned Safari Glass, which specialized in manufacturing site glass for hot water heaters, and contributed as a Manufacturing Expert at Business Improvement Partners, collaborating with companies toward operational success. Tim's earlier career at Guardian Automotive included significant roles such as North American Process Manager for Lamination, where best practices in windshield lamination were established across North America and Europe, in addition to acting as Lamination Manager and Plant Superintendent. Educational background includes attendance at West Virginia University from January 1982 to May 1984.
