Drew A. Pinta

Drew A. Pinta represents business entities in planning, transactions and business services. He also works closely with individuals and business owners handling complex estate, tax and business succession planning matters.

Before joining Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP in 2019, Drew processed potential qualifying clients in traffic, misdemeanor and felony cases with the Franklin County Public Defender. In addition, with the City of Akron Department of Law Legal Division, Drew handled research on municipal law issues and took part in drafting municipal legislation. He also interned with the Legal Department of the GPD Group, an engineering firm, where he reviewed contracts and developed an interest in transactional law.
