Benjamin Straits

Benjamin Straits is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and industrial engineering. Currently serving as Plant Operations Manager and Business Unit Lean Manager at Carlisle Construction Materials since April 2017, Benjamin has also held positions as Production Manager. Prior experience includes managing locomotive maintenance at Union Pacific Railroad and undertaking internships at Bosch North America and Indiana Packers Corporation, where Benjamin focused on industrial engineering and logistics. Benjamin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, complemented by a role as a Teaching Assistant and an internship with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
