Andy Easton

Andy Easton has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles.

Andy started their career at Deloitte in 2008, where they worked as an Audit Staff for two years before being promoted to Audit Senior. Andy then transitioned to advisory roles, serving as an Advisory Manager and later as an Advisory Senior Manager. In 2015, Andy became an Audit Manager, a position they held until 2016 when they were promoted to Audit Senior Manager.

In 2017, Andy joined Brighthouse Financial as a Finance Audit Manager and later took on the role of Audit Senior Manager of Data Analytics.

Since 2018, Andy has been working at Carlisle Companies Incorporated. Andy initially served as the Director of Internal Audit before being promoted to Vice President, Internal Audit in March 2022.

Andy Easton received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Decision Science from Miami University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Strategic Change Management certification from Kellogg Executive Education, obtained in August 2021; the COSO Enterprise Risk Management Certificate, obtained from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in December 2020; the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification, also obtained from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in December 2020; the COSO Internal Control Certificate, obtained from The Institute of Internal Auditors in February 2020; the CPA certification from the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners, obtained in April 2010; and the Alteryx Designer Core Certified certification from Alteryx, obtained in May 2020.
