Joe Eaton has a range of work experience in the IT field. Joe started their career as a Client Services Technician at SelectBuild, where they provided technical support to over 200 users and ensured the proper maintenance of workstations and peripherals. Joe then moved on to Make-A-Wish America as an IT Specialist, where they developed technical solutions, managed virtual servers, and utilized IT management software for automation and monitoring. Following that, Joe served as an IT Services Manager at St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance, overseeing the help desk staff and implementing cost-effective technology solutions. Currently, they are the Global IT Service Delivery Manager at Carlisle Companies Incorporated, leading a global team of Service Desk professionals and driving a culture of accountability and world-class customer service.
Joe Eaton has a solid education history in the field of Information Technology. From 2009 to 2012, they attended DeVry University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Prior to that, they studied at Estrella Mountain Community College from 2002 to 2006, achieving an Associates degree in CISCO Networking / LINUX Administration. In addition to their formal education, Joe has obtained two certifications to enhance their professional skills.
