Dinora Padrino

Dinora Padrino serves as an Itinerant ESL Teacher for the District of Columbia Public Schools since August 2021, while also holding a teaching position at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School since September 2009. Dinora earned a Master of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in English for Speakers of Other Languages from American University in Washington, D.C. between 2000 and 2002.
