Joy Rice serves as the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for Asia at Carlsberg Group, bringing extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Previously, Joy held the position of Vice President Operations at Pernod Ricard and served in various roles at Diageo, including Supply Chain Director for Global Travel Retail and the Middle East, as well as Supply Director for Asia Pacific and Supply Chain Director for Russia and Eastern Europe. Joy's career began at Kraft Foods Group, where positions included Manager of Financial Policy & Control in Operations Finance and Financial Analyst roles in Sales Finance. Additionally, Joy has experience as a Senior Audit Associate at PwC.
