Praveen Bhatia

Praveen Bhatia is an experienced procurement and project management professional, currently serving as Head of Procurement and General Manager at Carlsberg Group since March 2017, overseeing CAPEX, MRO, and Indirect Procurement for the South Asia region. Prior to this, Praveen held various managerial roles at Maruti Suzuki India Limited from November 2007 to February 2017, leading projects for the establishment of vehicle R&D testing facilities and managing budgets and procurement processes. Additional experience includes positions at Tata Motors, DENSO, and Escorts Limited, focusing on capital equipment procurement and production engineering. Praveen holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Management Development Institute, a Master of Technology in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.
