Venny Sneed

Venny Sneed is an experienced operations and program manager with a substantial background in high-rate production and engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Carlson Company since August 2013, Venny previously held roles as Sr. Program Manager at American Ordnance LLC, where management of a 40MM grenade ammunition production program was key. Venny’s expertise also includes significant tenure at ARC Automotive, developing automotive airbag inflators, and extensive experience managing missile systems at Atlantic Research Corporation. Early career experience includes manufacturing engineering at Atk Thiokol Propulsion Corp, focusing on solid propellant rocket motors. Venny holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
