Lindsey Main

As a Vice President at Carlson Private Capital, Lindsey Main is responsible for ongoing investment portfolio management, deal execution and underwriting, relationship development and deal sourcing, developing investment themes, and playlist making for time in the car with the CPC team.

Lindsey joined Carlson Private Capital in August 2019. Prior to CPC, Lindsey was a consumer investment banking analyst at Piper Sandler, a middle-market investment bank headquartered in Minneapolis. In her three years at Piper, Lindsey worked on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions across the consumer sector. She focused on transaction support and execution, crafting marketing materials, creating valuation analyses, building operating models, and facilitating buyer due diligence. In her time at Piper, Lindsey enjoyed working closely with family and founder-owned businesses and management teams, which drew her to Carlson Private Capital. Lindsey graduated from Carleton College and received a B.A. in Economics.
