Tanja Lammert

Tanja Lammert has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being Head of HR at Carlsquare since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Operations Personnel Management at SGS from February 2020 until September 2022. Tanja also gained experience in asset management and diversity management as an Asset Manager & Diversity Manager at ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H. & Co. KG from April 2015 to January 2020. Moreover, they served as an HR Manager at the same company from November 2008 to March 2015. Before that, they worked as the Head of Personnel at Thalia Bücher GmbH from September 2005 to October 2008 and started their career as a Management-Trainee HR at Douglas from December 2003 to August 2005.

Tanja Lammert completed their education at Universität Witten/Herdecke from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Diplom Ökonomin with a focus on HR and International Economics. In 2000, they took part in a semester abroad at Stellenbosch University. Prior to their university studies, they completed a training program to become a bank clerk at B. Metzler seel. Sohn & Co. AG from 1996 to 1998.
