Dexter Carlos

Dexter Carlos has extensive experience in quality assurance and industrial engineering, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Carlton Forge Works since August 2012. Previously, Dexter held similar roles at TRIUMPH STRUCTURES and BRICE SEATING CO, where responsibilities included managing quality programs, controlling non-conforming materials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Dexter's background also includes significant contributions to process improvement and operational efficiency during tenures at CASTEC INC and Coca Cola Bottling Co, where various lean manufacturing techniques and safety regulations were implemented. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance, along with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Monash University and the University of the Assumption.
