Prior experience includes serving as an Inventory Controller at Amscan, where Phil optimized stock levels and managed vendor performance, and as an Import Merchandiser and Freight Specialist at Home Retail Group PLC, specializing in international stock management. Additionally, Phil held roles at Barclays related to exception and repair management and fraud investigations, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
