Lee Goodridge is an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Carluccio's since February 2019, Lee oversees a team of 7 to 8 Operations Managers with full profit and loss accountability, driving initiatives such as a Senior GM Development Programme and the Fresh project. Prior to this role, Lee held the position of Director of Operations at Cabana, directing the operations team and managing the brand relaunch. Lee's extensive experience also includes roles at Busaba, where a new operational platform was developed, Zizzi Restaurants, and Pizza Hut, demonstrating a consistent focus on operational excellence and talent development throughout a diverse career.
