Mike is currently the Co-Founder & Expert Nerd at The Startup Nerds, where they provide CFO advisory, company secretarial, corporate governance, accounting & tax, business strategy, sales, and marketing services to help businesses grow. Prior to this, Mike served as the Chief Financial Officer at Carly Holdings Limited, where they contributed to the growth of the car subscription industry in Australia and New Zealand. Mike also worked as a CFO Adviser at CosmoAesthetics, a medical technology company focused on developing innovative technologies for health and beauty. In addition, Mike has held positions as a Director at Amicus, Founder of C.H.M. Consulting, Executive Vice President of Finance at CHG-MERIDIAN ANZ, General Manager Group Risk at equigroup Pty Ltd, CEO at NF Techfleet AB, CFO at equigroup Pty Ltd, and Head of Finance at Lloyds Banking Group.
