Claudio Bonacossa

Claudio Bonacossa is the current CEO at Carm Consulting. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager for the implementation of a document management system and process automation system at RealD from January 2012 to August 2013. In this role, they were responsible for managing the implementation of Interwoven (iManage) FileSite and HP APA (Autonomy Process Automation) worldwide. This included providing the client with software options and comparison charts, initiating the concept and budget approval process, creating the project plan, project map and project chart for approval, negotiating rates and license costs with vendors, developing a detailed project budget, interviewing and hiring professional services and IT staff, managing project staff and outsourced services, analyzing possible customizations, testing customizations and general usage of the software, tracking issues and resolving them with engineers and vendors, managing the logistics of the full implementation through several different offices including offices abroad, providing high end user support and facilitating the process of change management within the company, managing post rollout user expectations and support, organizing project documentation and hand over notes, and facilitating the process of creating automated forms for internal use in the company.

Claudio Bonacossa has a degree in Eastern Philosophy from Eastern Philosophy Studies. Claudio also has a degree in Structural Engineering from Structural Engineering. Claudio is certified from Abacus Data Systems, Inc. in Abacus Partner, from NetDocuments in NetDocuments Certified Implementation Partner, from Microsoft in Office 365 Resale Partner, and from iManage in iManage Resale Partner.
