Heather Tarr

Heather Tarr has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at CarMax since April 2017, with prior roles as a Senior College Recruiter, College Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter within the same company. Before joining CarMax, Heather worked as an Associate Recruiter at Data Concepts from June 2016 to April 2017 and gained customer service experience as a Server at Firebirds from August 2014 to April 2017. Earlier work includes a position as a Sales Associate at Club Demonstration Services from May 2012 to June 2016, where engagement with customers and promoting products was central to the role. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed between 2013 and 2016, and graduated from Deep Run High School in 2011.
