Kristin Longest, PPM, CSM, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Ladycode Shop, overseeing daily operations for the company and its subsidiary brands. With significant experience at CarMax since May 2018, Kristin holds multiple leadership roles, including Product Operations & Portfolio Manager, where strategic execution across a 70+ team product portfolio is managed. Kristin has successfully led initiatives such as the $16M Transfer Program and the implementation of the Okta platform for consumer identity management, achieving notable speed-to-market improvements. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Unboxed Training & Technology, Business Consultant in the cannabis sector, and Director of Corporate Strategy & Operations at Vizcaya Swimwear, where influencer marketing strategies and event productions were key achievements. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Content Strategy Specialization Certification from Northwestern University.
