Aimee Rich

Aimee Rich, MS, CYC-A, currently serves as the Inclusion + Engagement Supervisor at Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation, a position held since June 2015, where responsibilities include developing and managing individualized behavior intervention and inclusion plans for students with diverse needs across multiple locations. Previously, Aimee worked at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, initially as a Program Coordinator from May 2013 to June 2015, and then as a Family Activity Leader-Special Events from August 2016 to May 2020, leading youth in enriching out-of-school activities and overseeing significant summer camp programs. Aimee holds a Master’s of Science in Special Education from Xavier University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the same institution (2009-2013), complemented by a high school diploma from Southport High School (2005-2009).
