Nicole Ledwith

Nicole Ledwith, SHRM-CP, is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation since October 2016, including Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator. Responsibilities have included supporting HR functions, fostering recruitment relationships, and managing youth programs. Previous roles at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport and Purdue Division of Recreational Sports provided additional expertise in member services, event organization, and team leadership.
