Stephen Martinelli

Stephen Martinelli is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as SVP of Construction for the East Coast at Carmel Partners since February 2015, Martinelli previously held the position of Vice President of Construction at LCOR Incorporated from September 2005 to February 2015, overseeing significant projects such as The Charleston and The Status condominiums. Earlier in the career, Martinelli was a Senior Project Manager at AMEC Construction Management/Morse Diesel from 1994 to 2002, contributing to notable projects including the CUNY Graduate Center and MoMA in New York City. Martinelli holds a Master of Science in Development from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
