Joe Argyros has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joe began their career in the United States Army, serving as a Captain in Army Aviation and participating in combat and support operations.
After their military service, Argyros transitioned into the business world, taking on various leadership positions. Joe was also a Customer Service Manager at SATEC Systems, responsible for after-market support.
Argyros then moved on to Tecsys US, where they served as the General Manager of Customer Support. In this role, they were responsible for the implementation and support services for an ERP and accounting software company.
Continuing their career progression, Argyros joined NOMOS, an FDA-regulated medical equipment company. As the Vice President of Operations and Engineering, they oversaw product development, production, purchasing, customer service, and clinical affairs. Joe played a key role in the sale of NOMOS to North American Scientific.
Next, Argyros worked at Medrad as a Program Director, responsible for the Cardiovascular Injector Program. Joe left Medrad to take an equity stake in Neuro Kinetics, an early-stage medical device company. At Neuro Kinetics, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering, reorganizing all company operations and achieving significant revenue growth.
Argyros then joined ALung Technologies as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Regulatory, and Quality. Joe held responsibility for all aspects of the company, including manufacturing, research, product development, supply chain, logistics, service, and regulatory and quality assurance. During their tenure, ALung was sold to LivaNova.
Most recently, Argyros joined Carmell Therapeutics as the Vice President of Operations. Their role encompasses overseeing the company's operations and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Joe Argyros completed their education at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 1996 to 1998, earning an MBA in Business Administration. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1987, they attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
