Javier Sáez Alcaide

Javier Sáez Alcaide has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Javier has worked at various companies, starting with a role as a Hotel Receptionist at Abba Hotels in 2011. Javier then moved on to a Finance and Accounting Trainee position at ACCIONA in 2012, where they gained experience in managing finances for infrastructure projects. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Financial Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle, focusing on tax, legal, and administrative management for real estate projects. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at IBM as a Finance Project Administrator, providing support in billing, invoicing, financial analysis, and problem-solving. Javier then joined CBRE as a Controller and Financial Analyst, handling financial and economic management for portfolios and creating reports.

In 2018, Javier joined CARMILA, initially in a role as Management and Financial Control, where they were responsible for the financial area of the company operations in Spain. In 2022, they transitioned to Elopak as a Financial Controller, contributing to finance control in the Southern Europe & New Markets Region.

Currently, Javier is the Head of Finance Carmila España, a position they have held since 2023. In this role, they oversee the finance department and provides support to operational divisions while managing planning, budget estimates, and activity forecasts. Throughout their career, Javier has worked with various financial systems, including SAP Finance, Controlling, and SAP BI Tool.

Javier Sáez Alcaide's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration and Tourism from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (2007-2012), a Master in Business Development from Universidad de Alcalá (2012-2013), Postgraduate Study in International Commerce from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (2014-2015), a Master in Real Estate Analysis from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca (2015-2016), and a Test de Connaissance du Français. Niveau C1 in French Language and Literature from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL (2011-2012). In addition, Javier obtained a certification in Excel 2010 from UPV[X] in 2014.
